Before
Timesheets arrive as photos, spreadsheets and messages. The office re-types hours into a spreadsheet, checks them against jobs, then keys them into payroll. About three hours every Monday, and mistakes surface on payday.
After
Timesheet files are collected from a monitored folder, hours are validated against job records and agreed limits, and a payroll import file is produced. Unusual hours are flagged for approval before anything is submitted. A person approves the final file.
