Team collaborating around a table in a bright office

How It Works

Six steps from 'show us' to a process that runs itself and stays supported.

Start with one frustrating process. Show us how it works today and we will tell you what can be automated, what should stay with people and whether the economics make sense.

How it works

Show us. We measure. We build. It runs.

You do not need a technical specification. Show us the task exactly as it happens today and we take it from there.

  1. 01

    Show us

Screen-share the task or record a short video. You do not need a specification.

    Step 1
  2. 02

    We measure

We establish the steps, frequency, time, systems, exceptions and business importance.

    Step 2
  3. 03

    We design

We identify which steps can safely be automated and where people should remain involved.

    Step 3
  4. 04

    We build and test

The workflow is developed against test data and validated before live use.

    Step 4
  5. 05

    We deploy

The local agent, cloud service or portal is configured as required.

    Step 5
  6. 06

    We support

The workflow is maintained, updated and expanded as the business changes.

What we ask on the first call

What is the process and who does it?

How often, how long, which systems, where the information starts and where it must end.

Which steps need judgement?

What commonly goes wrong, how errors are corrected and what needs an approval.

What happens if it is missed?

Business importance, sensitive information and how failures should be reported.

What would success look like?

The measurable result we baseline before building, so we can prove the improvement later.

Not everything should be automated

When we will tell you no

Tasks performed a few times a year with very little effort, work that needs nuanced judgement on every case, processes that constantly change and are undocumented, unsafe workflows where errors cannot be reliably detected, and automations whose build and support cost clearly exceeds the likely benefit.

If automation does not make commercial sense, we will tell you. Sometimes hiring is the right answer. Software is strongest where work is repetitive and rules-based; people are strongest where judgement, relationships, creativity and physical work are needed.

Show Us What You Want to Automate

Illustration only, using your figures (260 working days, 52 weeks). We never present illustrative ROI as guaranteed cash savings, and we sell the amount of human involvement that can realistically be removed.

Free 30-Minute Automation Review

Show us a repetitive computer process. We will map the steps, calculate the annual time involved using your figures, identify what could realistically be automated and explain what should remain under human control. Strong case: you get a scoped proposal. No case: we say so.
