Before
Every Monday the manager exports jobs, exports invoices, combines them in a spreadsheet, recalculates totals and emails a PDF to the owner. Around two hours, done differently depending on who does it.
After
Overnight the workflow retrieves both exports, applies the agreed calculations, generates the report, stores it and notifies the owner and manager. If either export is missing, an alert goes out instead of a silent gap.
