Illustrative example. Figures are calculated from typical timings, not a measured customer result. Measured case studies, published with permission, will replace these over time.
Before
Tickets and timesheets arrive as photos, PDFs and spreadsheets from several sites. The office re-types load weights against jobs, checks operator hours and keys them into payroll. About three hours every Monday, and disputes with the mill surface weeks later.
After
Tickets and timesheets are collected from a monitored folder and inbox, load data is validated against job records and agreed limits, and a payroll import and a per-job tonnage summary are produced. Unusual hours or weights are flagged for approval before anything is submitted.
