Before
Every week the owner downloads exports from each booking channel, works out the commission, matches the payouts to the bank statement, then keys the sales into the accounts package property by property. About two and a half hours, and month-end is worse.
After
Each channel's export is collected and transformed into one sales file, commissions are applied by rule, payouts are matched to bank lines and the accounts import is prepared. Unmatched payouts are listed for the owner. Occupancy and revenue by property appear on a dashboard.
