Delivery Paperwork and Customer Reports for a Stranraer Haulier

Proof-of-delivery photos and job sheets from drivers, filed and reported by hand for each customer every day.

  • Same dayMissing PODs flagged, not discovered at invoice time
  • AutomaticDaily customer status reports

Illustrative example. Figures are calculated from typical timings, not a measured customer result. Measured case studies, published with permission, will replace these over time.

Before

Drivers send POD photos and job sheets by message and email. The office renames them, files them by customer and job, then builds a daily status report for the two biggest customers. Around ninety minutes a day, and a missing POD is only noticed when the invoice is queried.

After

Incoming PODs are matched to jobs by rule, renamed and filed. Jobs without a POD by the agreed time are flagged. Each customer's status report is generated and sent automatically. Invoice preparation uses the same matched records.
